  • Stack Smart – Crates can be stacked safely up to a total stack load of 180kg when used on our provided dollies.
  • Keep it light – To ensure easy moving and lifting, we recommend not overloading and always distributing weight evenly.

  • Small house or single room pack? Choose 2-3 day hires (4 – crates minimum) pick up only.
  • Then handy unit bundles of 20 / 30/ 40 / 50 units with a minimum hire period – 2 weeks and delivered.
  • Free Delivery – 40km radius within Hamilton. Delivery out of zone – POA.
  • Need an extra week? We can extend your hire—just let us know at least 48 hours before the end of your rental period. Extension fees apply and are subject to availability.
  • Need more than 50 crates? No problem—just get in touch for a custom quote.

We keep it easy—but help us keep it smooth.

  • Keep them safe – Store crates and equipment indoors, protected from rain,
  • Use with care – No overloading, standing on, or misusing crates.
  • Stack smart – Stack no more than 3 crates high for 60L and 68L sizes.
    Return ready – At pickup, crates must be dry, clean, and easily accessible
  • Running late? – Let us know at least 48 hours before your hire ends if you need more time.

We get that life happens—just keep us in the loop.

Yes, a late return fee of $80 applies if crates are not returned or ready for collection by the agreed date and no extension has been requested.

To avoid this:

  • Let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need more time.
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions, subject to availability.
  • All late or missed collections may also incur a rebooking fee of $80 if access is blocked or no one is available at pickup.

  • Difficult access (stairs, long carry, no parking) = $80 non-delivery fee.
  • Missed collections or deliveries = $80 redelivery fee.
  • Crates must be clean, dry, and protected from weather at pickup.

We deliver—right to your door (for most bundles).

  • Free delivery & collection within 40km of Central Hamilton for 20+ crates.
  • Bookings under 20 crates (5–19) are pickup only by the customer.
  • Outside the 40km zone? You’re welcome to collect/return, or we’ll quote special delivery (POA).

We understand plans change.

  • Cancel 48+ hours before delivery = full refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours = $80 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to collect = no refund.
  • If crates are already delivered/dispatched = full hire fee applies.
