Think of Collective Home Clean as your wraparound Project Facilitator
Whether you’re moving, downsizing, preparing your home for market, deceased estate, or simply staying put and redefining your space. We guide you through the process with tailored planning, decluttering, organising, packing inventory, styling, light clean ‘as we go’ and coordination with local trades.
- Full-Day Session (1–2 people): Comprehensive reset of key areas (wardrobes, linen cupboards, pantry, fridge).
- Half-Day & 2‑Hour Packages: Focused declutter for specific areas—children’s rooms, pantry, wardrobes, special events etc.
- Identify: Assess what to keep, pass on, discard, or organise.
- Donate: Items in good condition passed to charities per your instructions.
- Discard: Responsible disposal of worn-out or unnecessary items.
- Pass On: Valuable items offered to friends/family or community.
- Keep: Items you truly enjoy and use.
- Organise: Designate a place for everything and create accessible, lasting order.
It’s your decision—our role is to guide, streamline, and facilitate. All final choices remain with you.
No—clients are responsible for providing bins and arranging pickup or disposal.
Yes! We can arrange and deliver donations to your chosen charity (e.g. Kids in Need Waikto, Hospice, Women’s Refuge, Red Cross). Fees apply. We also supply sturdy 60 Litre crate boxes to help you sort.
No—we’re not a traditional cleaning company. We manage the entire home-prep process with our ‘Clean as We Go’ method and partner with local cleaners for deep services.

We don’t offer full staging in-house but specialise in styling with your existing furnishings. For customised staging, we’ll connect you with professional local staging companies.

- 50 % deposit is required for all services due 24 hours before the scheduled start date – excluding hires (see Terms Collective Crate Hires 100% payable on booking).
- Balance: The remaining 50 % is payable on completion of the service or hire period.
